Delete Your Account — Affluent-One Provider

This page explains how to request deletion of your Affluent-One Provider account and the personal data associated with it. Affluent-One Provider is operated by AffluentPay Technologies Private Limited (AffluentPay Technologies). You can request deletion at any time, free of charge.

How to request account deletion

To delete your Affluent-One Provider account, send a deletion request to info@affluentpaytech.com from the email you registered with, or include your registered mobile number so we can verify the request. Use the subject line “Delete my account - Affluent-One Provider”. You can use the button below to open a pre-filled email.

Email a deletion request

For your security we verify that the request comes from the account owner (via the registered mobile number / email) before any data is deleted.

What data is deleted

When your deletion request is processed, we permanently remove:

  • Your profile: name, mobile number and email address.
  • Your saved addresses and shared location data.
  • The photos, notes and any free text you added to your bookings.
  • Your KYC documents and onboarding selfie.
  • Your bank / payout details (account number, IFSC, PAN).
  • Your service profile, skills and service area.
  • Ratings and reviews you received.
  • Authentication data (one-time-passcode records and session tokens).

Note: we never store your card, UPI or net-banking credentials — payments are processed by our PCI-compliant payment partner, not stored by Affluent-One Provider.

What may be retained, and why

After deletion, a limited set of records may be retained only where the law requires it or to prevent fraud and abuse:

  • Transaction & invoice records (amounts, dates, payout references) are kept in a de-identified form to meet Indian tax, accounting and financial-record obligations — typically for up to 8 years — as required by law.
  • Job history (the service, date and amount of each job you completed) is retained in the same de-identified form, since it is part of those transaction records. It is no longer linked to your name or contact details.
  • Minimal records needed to handle a dispute, chargeback or legal claim that is open at the time of your request.

Retained records are not used to identify or contact you and are deleted once the legal retention period ends.

Timeline

We acknowledge deletion requests within 2 business days and complete deletion within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation once your account and eligible data have been deleted. Pending or in-progress bookings should be completed or cancelled before deletion.
